Rip off and terrible service!! Stay away.. Ordered chowmein combination, told it would be half hr wait (that's fine), 30 minutes later checked if order was ready and they gave it to someone else!!

Had to wait half hr again for my order, recieved the takeaway, got home only to discover i got ripped off with having a chicken chowmein NOT chowmein combination I paid for!! and it was FULL of noodles anyway!! Hardly any meat at all.

-side note- have ordered in the past in less busy times and had terrible oily food with alot of sauce, thought I would give them another chance but it just got worse...so been busy in December is no...

As it’s my local Chinese and I like to support local I will never step foot in there again. Ordered a large special fried rice go to pay on my saving card to be see a surcharge so I question why was told by the short girl it’s cause it cost heaps to have the machine so I said no not on saving and again was told it cost to have the machine, so I cancelled my order and won’t be going there again, not when I have to come home and add more to it just to make it take ok also to the owner you need to reach your staff how to speak to customers. Usually I would rate them higher but after tonight they definitely deserve a 1 star rating. Don't expect the food to be that good if they're busy, their laziness and the corners they cut can turn a nice meal into something barely palatable. I asked for extra sauce and got no sauce at all, called and they said they'll send out extra sauce with the next delivery run. They didn't send plum, I got sent a bowl of water and oil with some sweet and sour sauce in the bottom.
