Even down to the the full cream organic unhomoginised milk used for the hot drinks. Coffee was good but the chai is setting the benchmark for the rest of the town. My partner believes the beef and red wine pie along with the almond croissant are the best she has had. I particularly loved the spinach and ricotta pasty. Made with silver beet gives it some good thick flavour and an amazing pastry. My kid loved the custard scroll and with good reason. It was bloody beautiful. Read moreJust so disappointed ! Paid $12.00 for 6 hot cross buns yesterday ,as a surprise fresh nice morning tea for my visiting mum. Not only were they stingingly expensive but they were inedible. So tough you couldn't eat them. Dry & tasteless , I was so embarrassed to have served them. It was like they were burnt as the knife could not cut through the top or bottom of them & chewing was hard to do ( my poor elderly mum gave up ) How could you think to sell something so bad & of such poor quality ..do you not check what you sell before you sell it to your customers for freshness at least?
