Absolutely terrible service , manager refused to give her name. We ordered our shareteas without realising the incorrect extras where entered in the computer , we thought we had ordered lychee jelly, apparently we didn't specify jelly and where given popping pearls and it was our responsibility to advise which of the 2 items they have displayed we wanted , after I explained that it's also there job to confirm which item the customer wants as they have 2 displayed..anyway long story short I requested her name she responded No , I then asked her if she could either remake the drinks as my 3 children really wanted them or refund the items , she replied with we aren't re making them so you can have a refund.loyal customers that won't be returning due to poor...

Went there this morning 9.45am. Closed sign was still up saying they open at 9.30am. The girl that was working was still preparing everything so we patiently waited. When she finally acknowledged we were there she turned the computer on and said we had to wait. When it eventually loaded she finally took the order then proceeded to continue preparing and washing everything else instead of making our order. 15mins later our order was ready. Another customer, just after us, was told it would be another half hour until she could be served. I bought a taro milk tea today and lady with brown curly hair served me and she was so kind and friendly and she explained the entire menu to me as I haven’t had this brand of bubble tea before and my drink was made extremely fast and it was perfect, no chunks of milk or taro powder in the drink and perfectly sweet!
