Takes a lot for me to write a review, To be honest, save yourself the disappointment of dining here and go somewhere else.

Went here on Saturday and to say I was disgusted is a gross understatement.

Ordered Halloumi and avo toast and Pancakes.

So let's start with the Avo and halloumi toast. For $20 you get 1 piece of toast half covered in avo and a little chunk of Halloum, not even a full piece. Throw some seeds on and there you go.. absolute criminal charging that for something so small..

Now the pancakes.. well.. the menu clearly says 3 fluffy pancakes with strawberries and syrup etc. What you get is 4 pikelets about a quarter of the size of 1 pancake with the listed toppings.(id say about a 8cm diameter each one) When i asked the manager about it his response was that's how they come.. I said hang on what? What do you mean that's how they come? Are you telling me your pancakes are pre cooked/made and not cooked to order? He said yes.. i was still confused by this so said your telling me they don't just cook them on the hotplate when ordered? He said no they come that size and are basically microwaved to heat them up.. such a disgrace... so not only do they not give you whats on their menu, they also don't give you fresh food, but some pre cooked crap that gets delivered and they slap it on a plate.

I was absolutely gob smacked..

What cafe offers pre cooked/made food, especially pancakes..

I was absolutely disgusted by this... what else is pre made package crap from this joint..

I will never trust their food again and would strongly advise anyone who actually wants value, to head to one of the other cafes around as your bound to be disappointed and ripped off by this joint.

Not even an apology for the totally crap servings that don't follow their own menu.

Oh and we asked for a high chair for a baby and it was disgusting and sticky.. we had to scrub it before...

Would I go here again - in a word NO !!

Ordered 2 Big Breakfasts ($25 a pop), a small black coffee and a regular latte - (total cost $59) - when the coffee came out it was COLD - After quite a long wait the waiter came to the table and told us that they had run out of sourdough bread and offered us the alternatives of turkish or white bread. We then waited for another 10 minutes before our meals arrived at the table. I ordered my breakfast with poached eggs and to say I was disappointed with the eggs would be an understatement. I cut through the yolk, expecting a golden stream of yolk to happen, but alas it didn't. It was just like cutting into a hard boiled egg. Maybe the chef could take more lessons in how to cook poached eggs the way they should be cooked - my white bread was just that WHITE BREAD. It was supposed to be toasted but it looked like they had just waved it over the toaster and put it on the plate. The bacon was way overcooked and not enjoyable. I am a person that doesn't like to write reviews as I would prefer to speak to someone, at the cafe, and let them know about my experience which I decided to do before leaving but the young girl I spoke to couldn't have been less interested. She was told that the owner was sitting with some customers and she went to get him/her she walked back to me and mumbled something I couldn't understand so we just left. The overall experience was nothing short of dreadful. If I could rate this...

My partner and I ordered the 2 big brekkies (which it was supposed to have sautéed mushrooms) and 2 drinks, all cost $80+!!!. 2 staff advised “10-15 minute wait for food”, 15 mins goes but we received our drinks with the lady putting it down and saying “argh idk who’s is who puts it down abruptly and walks away. 35 minutes goes by, food comes out and it came out with raw mushrooms. After telling the younger girl, she comes back and says “wait what’s the problem” advised her this is supposed to have sautéed mushrooms not raw, she did offer to fix it (but my partner and I had an appointment to go to and honestly we just wanted to leave at this point) after I told her to not worry about it and just to give feedback, her response was not very apologetic and just very awkward service. After seeing the reviews this cafe seems to have this ongoing issue, and although the owner takes the time to respond it does not look like any action has taken place. Will never come here again and would not recommend anyone too either. Very disappointing and definitely not...
