Goodbar Shellharbour — Restaurant in Shellharbour City Centre

i used to absolutely love goodbar, was going almost daily to get an açai bowl. but over the last few weeks, maybe months the business has changed. become very stingy with their toppings, customer service has gone downhill and overall cleanliness around the store has dropped. today i paid $18 for an adult acai bowl, i added peanut butter and extra granola hence the extra $, and i was given a bowl with less granola than i’ve ever received (even on days where i didn’t get extra granola) the banana was paper thin and had four slices total in my bowl, and the bowl was nowhere near as full as i normally get it. the only part i can’t complain about is the strawberries.

I had went to goodbar today to try their new advertised bubblegum soft serve when i got there was signs plastered everywhere for this so called amazing bubble gum soft serve but when there there was not a single person in line but took a whole 15 mins to even be served what a joke then went to order this product and was sasily told the machine isnt working so no you cant the girl was very rude will not be returning for this place ill rather go to oak berry acia so much better service and nicer people there I also find it very unimpressive that they feel the need to make false reviews to make their rating high than what it should be they should be disgraced...

I asked one of the girls kindly if she was able to cut my strawberries in half as usually the strawberries are humongous and I am not capable to fit that in my mouth. As I asked she started stuttering as if she was unsure if she can do that when the other workers do that for me every time with no fail??? She ended up saying yes which turned out to be a lie!! The strawberries were in fact not cut therefore it caused us to struggle severely. I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY SHE DIDNT JUST CUT IT LIKE YOU LITERALLY SAID YES? If there was a problem speak up.

Also the girls were very passive aggressive, don’t know why I’m getting stared down when I’m waiting for my food....
