We bought Lemon Meringue Tart; Small Blueberry Pie; Custard Tart; Apple and Blueberry Crumble Tart and an Apple Turnover to take home and all at a fair price. We went there on a Saturday, just before midday and the bakery was packed with people. Staff were super busy but handled the situation well, like a consistent production line, didn’t wait long to be served and were friendly. It’s very hard to share with you which ones to select as they were all delicious – could not fault any, even if I tried. The tart and pie pastry on all our cakes were baked to perfection… nice and crispy and the pastry on the Apple Turnover light and flaky. Lemon Meringue is definitely lemony, if you love lemon, highly recommend – it will definitely satisfy your lemon desire. Small Blueberry Pie packs a punch… WOW! They don’t hold back on the blueberries, nice and tarty in flavour, gooey-licious and I love that touch of a heart cut out in the pie. I had some mascarpone cream that I added to my pie – perfect combination. Custard Tart was really nice, definitely no short cuts, you can tell the custard was made from scratch, nice and wobbly and set to perfection (not baked), smooth and creamy and showered with the right amount of cinnamon. I have been on the lookout for a good custard tart and this is definitely one of the best. Apple and Blueberry Crumble Tart was nice but the apple definitely takes the show but it was still delicious. If you want the blueberry taste, definitely go with the Small Blueberry Pie. The crumbs were baked perfect. Apply Turnover was perfect. Normally you get a tiny amount of apple and heaps of cream, which is more of a cream turnover but not in this case, perfect apple and cream combination. I highly recommend this place, their products are fresh and of high standards, grab a sweet fix or five, they also sell Spinach Ricotta Rolls; Sausage Rolls; and an assortment of hot pies and many more. Best bakery we have ever been to. We are from Bathurst & have been following Darren on tiktok for a while. I was planning a holiday & decided on the south coast. I told my partner & he then let me know we would be just down the road from the bakery, so we had to try it....best decision ever. From the moment we walked in we had a very warm welcome, then the bakery delights OMG 😲 trying to decide what to get. Let's just say the sausage roll & meat pies as per my partner are fantastic. The apple turn over is absolutely amazing, the cream isn't sweet which was fantastic. Darren you have a passion for it which shows in your work. I have been here a few times now, the food is AMAZING!

Love their ham and salad rolls, their pizza scrolls are sooooo good, their pies and sausage rolls are amazing, especially the Italian sausage roll...I have only tried one sweet thing from here, their caramel slice and it was also amazing.

The staff are friendly, however one time we came here there was one lady who was a little off. She was probably just having a bad day though, ill give her the benefit of doubt, if she is off again next time then I will adjust my rating. Everyone has their bad days at work,...
