Crust Pizza South Lake — Restaurant in South Lake

If it’s one of those nights when you’re really looking forward to a pizza and a night in, don’t ring these guys. delivery time advised 60 minutes (WTF) actually was 90 minutes to really rub it in. forgot the garlic bread. Delivery driver “not my problem mate, you need to contact Crust”. rang Crust and initially they didn’t want to do anything about it. When I got a bit shirty they advised 40 minutes before they could get it there as they were short of drivers. pizzas were actually horrible. I’m not sure if the taste like that all the time or because they were half cold when delivered.

Considering the price Crust charges, I can’t get over how really terrible their service and food...

The quality of the pizza had gone downhill. It’s so dry and the meat toppings (ham and chicken breast) are slightly off. Never get the extra mozzarella topping I paid for. Pizza was ordered at 5pm and delivered within 35mins. It come dry and hard even though it’s slightly warm. It was left outside as per instruction and I collected it 5mins after it arrived. It tasted like an old pizza that has been reheated a number of times and not a freshly cooked pizza. This branch used to serve very nice pizza before 2020 but it’s seems that this year, all the pizzas that I have ordered either for delivery or for a pickup order taste horrible. So disappointing. Rang through a phone order to a lady who couldn't have cared less about getting my order correct and when I arrived at the store 30 mins later as per her directions, it turned out they hadn't even bothered to make my order at all. No reason given , no apology just another 20minute wait watching other punters experiencing more of the same. Average food, average service, average restaurant. Walk over to Coles and snag yourself a McCain microwave special instead and spend the rest of the money you saved on tomato's to pelt over Beeliar Drive aiming for...
