Muzz Buzz - South Lake — Restaurant in South Lake

Justine is ever so polite and always friendly, she makes an amazing coffee everytime and always hands it to me with a warm smile (which I can still see behind her facemask) today when I drove in to get the coffees Justine told me that I had another free RBO coffee (i had only recently received a free coffee so didnt expect another one for a while)- this is because my friend has been buying coffees for me and him through menu log and the lovely Justine noticed the orders had my name on them (same name as my coffee stamp card) so she amazingly stamped my coffee card with each menu log order (which was a lovely suprise) thats not all- because I couldn't remember what coffee my friend gets- she went to the trouble of looking up an old menu log receipt so she was able to she what my friend had ordered in the past. Your customer service skills are on point my lady :) and I hope you know that your friendly smile is one that makes...

I went to this Muzz Buzz with the Gamer Squad, when all of a sudden I was attacked by a bunch of hooligans. They beat me up and locked me in my car. They then proceeded to set my car on fire and ran away. Luckily for me a Muzz Buzz employee saw the whole thing and rushed outside to help. He leaped out the Muzz Buzz window and sprinted towards my car he then ripped my car door off with one hand and saved me from the flames. He pulled me aside and went back in the Muzz Buzz to grab some water. He put all the water in his mouth and sprayed all over the fire, putting it out in an instance. He then carried me with one hand and took me into the Muzz Buzz, there he gave me a free ham and cheese crossant and a free coffee. What great customer service I thought. Thank you kind sir and thank you Muzz Buzz. I would not be alive if it wasn't for your franchise...

Stopped by this muzzbuzz for 3 coffees - a latte, a mocha and a soy cap. The service was great, quick and the latte and mocha tasted great. Not to hot or to bitter. Unfortunately when we got home we realised the cap was not soy so that was a bit of a disappointment. Will definitely make sure to check it on the next visit. The drive thru is easy to find and open good hours for early morning coffee. Will be using this muzzbuzz more often as I have recently moved...
