First time coming to this restaurant on a holiday to Noosa. Was met with a little bit of disappointment when coming to the restaurant, although all of the ladies at the front counter were friendly, I initially ordered a Grande Iced coffee and Eggs Benedict with Bacon. Whereas my partner ordered scrambled eggs on toast at 6:30 AM for dine in. My iced coffee and my S/Os food came out relatively quickly but 45 minutes later I was still waiting for my food and my partner had already finished her breakfast. After approaching the ladies at the counter, they said they would go ask the chef, but it was apparent they had forgotten to send my order to the kitchen entirely. After an additional 10 minutes I was quickly given my order, however instead of on a plate for dine in, it was given to me in a takeaway box with no cutlery. After returning to our apartment to eat the food it was then obvious why the food had come out so quickly. The eggs Benedict was overcooked as the yolks inside were not runny and had just started to turn solid, and the bacon was overcooked to the point where putting a small amount of pressure on it with a knife or fork would snap it in half like a twig. The rest of the food was overall okay as bacon and eggs are a great food combination, but ended up leaving Jam Cafe disappointed. May end up coming here again & will update this review accordingly.

RIP OFF!! We ordered an avocado toast for 14 dollars, and what we got is a bread the size of one bite. We tried to talk to the manager, but he refused to even listen, and was very aggressive and un-polite. It’s a shame.

have always loved the once named 'Duke Street Deli' now 'Jam Cafe'. Staff are always young , good , fast and efficient. Don't know who was on the grill this morning (Sunday 24th Feb around 9am) but the egg & bacon muffins were terrible. Bacon cooked to a cinder, egg over cooked on a dirty hotplate was flat as a pancake and all hard with crispy burnt edges, cheese was not a cheese melt just a square of cheese put on top . Asked for tomato sauce instead of BBQ sauce, they must not have had much tommy left as it was a squirt that wouldn't cover a 5 cent piece. The presentation of the muffin was no good as bacon was crisp curly , bent curly, elongated curly and too much of it , therefore muffin top could not be placed on top in a professionally presented manner. Whoever on the grill urgently needs a refresher course . Hope I've alerted you to this in the nick of time. In this day and age of fabulous burgers nationally this effort was simply unacceptable......so good luck, it's an easy fix ......

I was out taking the missus to a light brekkie with our grandson, Zachary. Service was abysmal. I remember the days when young girls took pride in their work. I ordered the beef pie, while my wife ordered her vegetable patty separately. The wait was to be expected during the busy time of day - we are sympathetic customers - but the American girl serving us was borderline abusive. We found this extremely disappointing, as we are locals who have bought our coffee here for years. Safe to say we’re never returning. Instead of handing our orders to us, she opted to throw my pie at the head of our lovely grandson. I wanted to confront her, but my grandson is an anxious boy and did not want to make a scene. I think it best this young lady be spoken to, and all appropriate measures be taken in...
