The food wasn't what we ordered. Ordered a chicken wrap, got given a toastie. Ordered banana bread, no butter. Got banana bread with butter. Sent back the banana bread, it came right back out 5mins later and the guy lied with a smile on his face about replacing it. You could still see the wet area where the butter melted and taste the butter.
The chicken wrap that was a toastie also had lemon all through it, despite it not being listed as an ingredient or flavour. Was absolutely horrible.

I asked for some ice, I explained mother was ill. She then wanted to vomit. I asked for a bin liner or plastic bag for her to be sick. One girl said why doesn't she go to the toilet? then offered a small takeaway container. Finally gave me a bin liner, but was too late. She had been sick in and on plastic tumblers. I cleaned up as much as I could. My husband went to the car to turn AC on, he watched the girl wipe the tumblers with a cloth and place them back with the water jug. It's super indulgent velvety hot chocolate with a scoop of ice cream and whipped cream on top to boot. Yes, it’s probably two days’ worth of calories, but who’s counting? Don’t even think about skimping on the ice cream; the hot chocolate is served piping hot, and you'll need something to cool it down unless you have a tongue made of asbestos!
