This really pains me to write, I have been a frequent customer for quite a while now and have always enjoyed their pizza, but lately the customer service has slipped drastically. Tonight we ordered online at 5pm for a 6:10pm pick up. I arrived at 6:10 and was abruptly told by the young lady they were in the oven and would be ready in 5 minutes, fair enough, it happens. I sat outside waiting until 6:24 when I decided to go back in to the shop, at 6:30 my name was finally called, 20 minutes after they were supposed to be ready, in that time, 3 people walked in and ordered and had their pizzas cooked before me, when I enquired as to why my pizza was late, the young lady said "can't you see we are busy?" I replied yes, however we ordered at 5pm and walk ins got their pizza before us, to which she replied, that's how it is when we are busy. It was a really disappointing experience, and made the pizza not as good as usual. My last review was 5 stars, now it's a three, only because the pizzas are good, shame the customer...

Have ordered the same pizza from here 5 times and has always been great. Tonight I rang and told the girl what I wanted and could tell she was not writing it down as I said it. At the end she told me to get a meat lovers which is not what I wanted obviously....

When I explained that I wanted exactly what I said on the pizza she said that she doesn't know how to do that... I insisted that I had ordered exactly this pizza before and that all she needed to do was write down exactly what I wanted on the pizza... She insisted she did not know how to do this so I ordered a pizza from Marcoola which was top notch and not an issue.

Not sure how many other customers have gone elsewhere because of this one staff member but I do know a lot of people like to make their own pizzas🤷🏻‍♂️. Youre not just losing the profit on 1 pizza here youre sending people to another shop where they become...
