Was very disappointed with our last takeaway from our favourite Thai I constantly recommend this place to everyone as we have been getting takeaway for years from this place, it was my daughters birthday and I called to order takeaway and was asked if I could use menu log to order so I hung up and ordered thru menu log which was over $140 as we had people over, also I couldn't find anywhere to ad note for no onion so when I finished my order I had to call shop back again and ask the lovely young lady to put no onion on our order. we had an estimated time that food would be delivered, then they called to say driver was running late i said i wasn't happy as i had people over for dinner, then it went way past time again so I called again to complain and the young lady apologised again and said it should be here very soon and she said she would let owners know that I wasn't happy and I would maybe leave a bad review, thinking they would maybe contact me as I wasn't happy but nothing so this was 7th November and it's now the16th so after hearing nothing I thought I'd leave...

Me and my beautiful dog Betty had lunch here. She’s a 2 year old gold hair lab who have long floppy ears.

By the age of 6 months she would already hear the difference in tone I used for our word for food which is food and could tell how I’d like her to approach the bowl. Small suttelties like how long I pronounced the o’s was probably the determining factors for her and if she rushed while I used a calm tone she wouldn’t get her lunch. I of course gave her food later but made clear the tone was the determining factor.

One time I had a cold and she’d get it wrong due to my voice being abit toned down and didn’t get her lunch until dinner, haha. I love that dog.

Thai Point's food is sensational; especially their curries. Good serving sizes, fresh, authentic and reasonably priced. I have dined in on 2 occasions now and ordered take-away. My only constructive criticism is their table service; which could be improved by helping their young staff. A big smile rather than appearing nervous, providing water and glasses as soon as you take your seat, providing wine glasses if you BYO. We asked twice for wine glasses and the third time I went up to the counter to get them myself.
