2 stars for the very friendly and helpful Kiera who took our order for dinner. Unfortunately that is where the night/meal went down hill. Appalling food. We understood when told there would be a half hour wait for food because we could see they were busy. Being busy is usually a testament to the quality of a place but all of the other diners must have either been tourists or ordered food different to mine. The garlic bread, absolutely dripping in fat /oil was sickening and very poor value at $8 for an 0.80c toasted Turkish bread roll. Worse was the $25 rump steak , ordered medium rare and received a dry, burnt lump of something with no flavour! It was dismal. The chips? These pathetic, dry, rock hard and impossible to eat bits of fried potato besides being anaemic were so tiny, they looked like little chips off a chip!! Found 2 pieces of slimy lettuce in the minuscule salad which made for even less enjoyment. If it wasn’t for the lovely girl who took our order I would have left -5 stars. Incredibly disappointed, first meal out...

Worst baked lamb meal we have ever had in our 62 years on this planet! Not quite sure where the good reviews came from for the food at this club? Since the new kitchen contractors have taken over the food has gone down hill big time & there attitude is not much to speak of either!! It is a case of there it is if you dont like it...well sorry "bad luck" Both myself & my wife have compained to managment re the appauling baked meal we were served at this club one night,but to no avail not one returned phone call or email.........I know people in general dont like to face complaints...But we all need to listen to constructive critisism? Yes granted all other aspects of this club are great...cheap drinks/fantastic free live shows/friendly staff/community minded fund raisers etc etc... But the new cateres are lousy!!
