Foodstore Kawana and Takeaway (Catch N Crave) — Restaurant in Sunshine Coast Regional

So I have lived on the sunny coast for nearly 2 years and have been meaning to eat here for that whole time. We would drive past it and say "we really should try it sometime" and get on with our day. But today was different. Today we stopped. We ordered and waited patiently for our burgers. We collected our order and went on home. I couldn't help but notice that the burger box had to be sticky taped closed. 'promising' i thought to myself, though I dared not get too excited. I got home, sat at the table and opened the box and the fragrance of the heavens float out to great my enthusiastic olfactory. The anticipation was building and it was time. The imposing structure of the burger would make the builders of the pyramids blush; the objectification of glory. That first bite was simply magic. It was like stepping off the platform into a free fall through divinity. The fresh lettuce dancing through the mouth mingling with the playful tickle of the beetroot. The beef patty and bacon coming together in a magnificent collective that would make the gods weep. The bun, the most splendid accompaniment for the nectar of grill; the barbecue sauce. This is the burger they served at the Last Supper, the burger of the Roman empire, the burger that inspired the conquests of the great Genghis Khan. this Place barely has any price labelling on most of the product's which is very annoying as someone that works in retail so how are customers like my self and other are supposed to know what costs what before buying

We don't just have to go up to the counter and be ready for made up price's which is what happens here also customer service is not available here no hello how are you or good bye just completely silence from the Indian lady who served me

FYI if you wanna keep the business afloat maybe work on labelling Products with correct prices and work on customer service wouldn't be surprised if this place Closes down

Also Can't even get receipts after purchases to know how much everything costs...

Best burgers we’ve ever had - hands down the best burgers in Australia!! And HUGE! And so cheap. Quality, fresh ingredients - they do burgers and boy, do they do them well! We actually laughed when we saw their “best burgers” sign on the way up the coast, as from the outside the store looks like a good old fashioned milk bar. Best burgers? “Says who” etc. Tried them on the way home and will always make this a brekkie/lunch/dinner stop. What a find! Stop here and give them a go - we ate in (air conditioned) but takeaway obviously also available. Excellent customer service, too, and super friendly. Wish they made them like this in Brissie, or at Grilld, Burger Urge,...
