Unfortunately this place has really gone down hill since the owners changed. The staff turn over is insane it feels like there is a new barista ever week. It is well known in the community that the turn over is due to the boss treating his staff poorly. Anyone who has been served by Gerard knows how arrogen this man is. He once berated me when he got my coffee order wrong and refused to have it remade. Not only is his attitude awful, but due to the staff turn over the coffee is super inconsistent. When bree or Maddy makes it they are great, but anyone else and it isn't worth the trip. My coffee is often burn, cold or half filled with froth. At this point I just keep driving if I don't see bree or Maddy working. I would highly recommend...

Just asked for a simple flat white takeaway, got in car and drove off , one minute later I sipped coffee and it was luke warm , obvious sign of bad barrister, whoever the boss is they are using cheap labour, I went back a week later to complain which I hate doing, how hard to make a coffee,?? To the new girls credit she said she was sorry and game me two fully stamped loyalty cards for free coffees which were good, I think the owner has a very high turnover of employees going by other posts, personally I’d stay away and go to emjays , 20 metres away !!!...

Went there on my way to a job, as I saw they had good reviews. The staff were slow. Not moving real fast, one just standing there, and after 10 mins of waiting they hadn't started my coffee.

The coffee probably tastes great, the staff seemed friendly and the shop looks good. Shame I didn't...
