Hungry Jack's Burgers Maroochydore — Restaurant in Sunshine Coast Regional

I'm sorry to say but too many visits, too much waiting and to often horrible.

My wife and I quite enjoy Hungry Jacks food however this store is well below par. Regularly waits in excess of 15 minutes, poor quality of food prepared and wrong orders regularly.

This most recent visit was last straw before bad review. Our experience this time after having to get our shopping for the week was wanting something quick and easy and forgoing our usual saying of "not that hungry jacks" we decided to try again.... By the time we realised we made a mistake (before ordering) we had a car behind us and we were blocked in the cue. At this point we waited a few minutes before even ordering and then a total of over 15 minutes before getting out food and driving away. With a 1 year old who lasted about 5 minutes before cracking it and that just made matters worse. When we finally got our "food" (if you want to call it that this time) we were sorely disappointed our 2 large angry onions were actually 2 small angry onions with around 6 bits in each which were old and stale and the burgers were Luke warm, flat bread and dry meat and lacking in any quantity of sauce

Unfortunately this place needs to change to be called slow food not fast food and once again puts us off getting hungry jacks even from the others stores for a long time.

Seriously this store is giving the whole franchise a terrible name, I would be better off driving all the way to Kawana and back to get the food in the same time and way...

Cant give zero star so... where do I start... the wife and I ordered dinner... kid you not... 27 minute wait and there was less than 10 people inside... ok fair enough... bust with uber and what have ya. We finally had our number called out... awesome I'm looking forward to my whopper cheese (best fast food burger usually) fist problem, my drink was warm literally room temperature, I took it back to the counter and asked for a cold drink... when she came back said there was no ice and when I said isn't it supposed to be cold out of the machine... she offered to put it in the cold room for 10 minutes to cool down... wow... I said no I just wanted a cold coke with my meal and not a frozen... anywho I ended up with a frozen coke that I didn't want and went back to my seat to eat... I kid you not and this really got me cranky MY WHOPPER WAS COLDER THAN MY COKE... seriously what the f is going on? Wasn't that busy and food should have been good but nope maybe stop hiring cheap labour (teenagers) and have at least someone on that is at least an adult... I will never go to that hungry jacks ever again... maybe kippa ring though they are usually okish... enough of my rant and I'm sure there will be more like mine tonight... what a very VERY...
