Treated my daughter and myself to a very rare meal of takeaway last night. Was completed gutted that my chip's were 3/4 soggy and lukewarm to eat. The chicken was very greasy so much so, that it was so unpleasant to eat for me personally, that my dogs got the uneaten breast meat. Have had a bad experience with the quality of the food ordered in the last twelve months recently. My opinion of the staff in the Nambour store is KFC,s saving grace, as their work ethics & how they treat each customer are very high and impressive in customer's experiences. Without this knowledge of the dedication from staff members normal reaction to any complaint has in the past, always has been dealt with sincere apologies and a amazing professional reaction, showing politeness and swift action to rectify and provide replacement of the meal asap with alot higher quality of the food that customers should expect always. KFC has always been our favorite choice for very rare occasions of takeaway food for our family. So you can understand why it's so upsetting for my family and myself. Makes me feel so much more disappointed when a company's product sold is nearly impossible to eat regardless of the food ordered being of a low standard compared to the expected quality that should be text book every time you buy their famous usually really yummy food. KFC YOUR FOOD PRODUCTS SEEM TO BE NOT CONSITANT WITH THE QUALITY. YOUR STAFF CAN ONLY DO SO MUCH, WHEN YOU ARE NOT PROVIDING THE BEST QUALITY AVAILABLE FOR EACH ONE OF YOUR PAYING CUSTOMERS. YOUR COMPANY'S REPUTATION FOR ME IS IN JEOPARDY OF LOSING A VERY LONG TIME AND LOYAL CUSTOMER IN FUTURE CHOICES. AFTER LAST NIGHT IT MIGHT BE EVEN RARER FOR OUR TAKEAWAY CHOICE IN OUR FUTURE. YOUR STAFF AT THE NAMBOUR STORE SHOULD BE REWARDED FOR THEIR EFFORTS TO REDEEM YOUR COMPANY'S NAME AND REPUTATION. AS FOR YOUR COMPANY IN GENERAL MY OPINION IS NOW NOT REAL GREAT AND NOT SOMEWHERE I WOULD RECOMMEND TO OTHERS ATM. YOUR COMPANY IN GENERAL HAS DROPPED THE BALL IN THE QUALITY OF THE FOOD MADE AVAILABLE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS. SHAME ON YOU KERNEL SANDERS INHERITAN. GET YOUR PRIORITIES IN ORDER. I MAYBE WILL BE WILL GIVING YOUR COMPANY'S FOOD ONE LAST CHANCE Whenever the rare occasion when we can afford the treat of takeaway comes along next ONLY BECAUSE OF YOUR OUTSTANDING STAFF'S TREAT-MENT OF BAD EXPERIENCES WITH THE FOOD MADE AVAILABLE TO MOSTLY ANGRY CUSTOMERS THAT HAVE BEEN GIVEN FOOD NOT UP TO THE STANDARD'S EXPECTED. SHAME ON YOU...
Read moreHow is it possible? When calling to complain about a missing burger that we had paid for, the manager my wife spoke to was dismissive and treated her like we had done something wrong, now that our meal for 4 people had a burger missing. My wife didn't know that you must check your order (as if you work at the place) before leaving the KFC Nambour drivethru. We live at Mapleton and it was more than disappointing to learn that I was no longer having dinner with the family for my daughter's 25th birthday. My wife contacted the store and spoke with a manager who was less than interested and She said that the error didn't happen because they have no record of it, even though we have a credit card record. Im not surprised that their records are as poorly kept as the rest of the way this place undertakes customer service. The manager said she'd give us a free chips, when I had purchased a burger and our dinner was ruined. Here's the kicker, She said that they don't get complaints. Not only did She not email our replacement offer that she had promised, but she inferred that these issues don't happen, when a month before this I was at the payment window and found out that the van full of people in front of me had left with my meal for two. Unfortunately there won't be any market pressure to force change at this store as there's always more customers to mess with. Im considering...
Read moreMy partner and I just participated in a tour of KFC Nambour, conducted by the Manager and the Assistant Manager. We have always enjoyed the food offerings at KFC, and today it was great to meet some of the staff to see how the product is prepared and cooked. It was great to see how the food hygiene process worked in the store and the many systems and equipment designs in place to avoid cross contamination. It was a real pleasure to see a team of mainly young people working together happily and co-operatively as a team, led by a very capable manager and her young assistant manager. KFC and like companies provide opportunities and experience for Australia's youth which is desperately needed, I urge everyone to think before they negatively criticise, and perhaps realise it may be better to offer encouragement and support to these people beginning their working careers. Life will never be perfect, but what I see from KFC Nambour is that they are doing their very best, and they are a great group of people. My understanding about difficulties in the drive-thru is that the Council would not approve changes that were requested to...
