I really wanted to support a local business. Am beyond disappointed in the over priced toastie. I tried to reach out via text to discuss however no one bothered to reply. I noticed you want people to text you for takeaway orders as you don't have a phone number to call however when I texted about a concern with the takeaway order no one replied. Another review that provided negative feedback, you stated in reply this wasn't the channel to give that feedback. Please be open to feedback when customers are trying to support you. I personally don't appreciate trying to reach out with no reply over a takeaway toastie that was $16 and didn't even consist of the ingredients listed on the menu mentioned. 2 ingredients on that toastie.... no reply to a text. I have tried twice now to come back since you've moved, and it is just not good anymore. Apart from it being a large space for meetings, there is no benefit to come here in anymore. Your service is not there at all, not even a 'hello or thank you', just drop your coffee on your table and go back to talking to everyone behind the counter. Your coffees taste boring because their is no ambience, its just a large room with rude staff. Your toasties used to be amazing, now it seems to just be the cheapest sandwhich bread? Now I just go to the many other places around the corner from you that have AMAZING toasties for half the price. Honestly, really dissappointed. This is the type of place Nambour needs, however, I think it’s in danger of becoming yet another Nambour style cafe, albeit with lovely exposed hardwood beams. The main thing of concern is the choice of music that really detract from what the joint should be about. Playing awful ‘gym’ style pop, think Pitbull etc, is just not what you want on in the background when stopping by for a coffee and a read or catching up with friends over breakfast. So yeah, if the management take a look at the overall style of the place and are once again aware of the space they are operating in, perhaps they will take a bit more thought into creating and maintaining and ambience in keeping...
