This gem of a local time capsule was a terrific surprise – the reviews and Google listing don’t do it any justice in conveying the breadth of subject matter surveyed (20+ themed rooms + a bunch more outside!), nor how lovingly it is all curated and displayed. Going through, I could feel how much attention so many patrons have poured into this place, sharing their stories and heritage. Really fantastic. I especially liked the bits about the telecommunications (and the replica post office), and learning more about the sugar farming and factory. The maps of the sugar train lines were neat!
