The food and service is usually really good here, unfortunately today the servers let the place down. Food was sitting on the counter to be taken out for over 5 minutes, the female cook had to ring the bell 8 times before someone attended. I rang the call bell to try and get someone’s attention and the response I got was “yeah well we’re really busy” I didn’t appreciate this response. I can see you’re busy and I understand that but it’s about prioritising your work. Ordered only 2 dishes (Ramen and Crab Aburi) and waited for over 45min before they admitted they stuffed up and was starting to cook my food.. Initially I was told it would be a 10min wait and only 2-3 people in front of me. Watched about 8 people get served before me even checked everything was ok around the 25min mark and was reassured it was.
