I recently had the chance to visit a friend who was staying at the Surfair Beach Hotel and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel.
First off, the hotel's location is simply unbeatable - right next to a stunning beach, providing breathtaking views. The hotel itself has an inviting design that blends modern touches with a classic beachside charm.
The staff were delightful throughout my visit. They were friendly, courteous, and incredibly helpful, showing a genuine willingness to go above and beyond to make the guests feel comfortable.
The cleanliness of the hotel was also commendable. All the common areas and the room I visited were spotless and well-maintained.
As for amenities, I got a chance to dine in the hotel restaurant and the food was amazing. The menu had a great variety of options and everything we ordered was delicious. I also had a peek at their pool area which looked clean and inviting, and seemed like a wonderful spot to relax.
Even though I was just a visitor and not an actual guest, I felt welcomed and valued, which speaks volumes about their customer service.
If my experience as a visitor is any indication, I can confidently recommend Surfair Beach Hotel for your stay in the area. Based on what I saw, you will be treated to excellent service, top-notch amenities, and a location that's...
Read moreUpdate below. We woke yesterday after being given a new room from the Ramada and with a fresh look at our holiday decided to give it another try and I can report the Pizzas here are amazing!! We ordered takeaway and weâre able to collect it and take to our room. Then today we went for breakfast in the restaurant and it was equally amazing, food was fresh and delicious and the service was lovely. Really glad we gave it another try đ
###################### We arrived at the Ramada hotel our room put a nasty taste in so weâd give the tavern downstairs a try. Staff were nice and friendly and the drinks were great but the food was less than average, I couldnât eat my meal and thatâs only ever happened 2-3 times in my 50yrs. My wife had âCrumbed Whitingâ which was more like 8 tiny fish nuggets out of a cardboard box at Aldi, salad had no dressing and chips were ok. I ordered a Chicken Schnitzel which talked about fresh prawns and avocado. It arrived like a Parmy, the prawns were grilled onto the schnitzel so much that I couldnât tell where the prawn finished and the schnitzel started . The avocado was something that came out of a sauce bottle and squeezed all over. The salad was nice but the chips were soft and squashed by the oily chicken that was sitting onto of them it. Subway across the road was a good...
Read moreWe can only conclude that as one of us is a Pacific Islander we were treated differently. Despite myself checking in and my traveling partner showing a digital certificate we were accused of creating a false document, Ridiculous!! We presented a drivers license and even offered the email from the Australian medical practitioner who administered the two vaccinations from Toowoomba! Not overseas but Toowoomba. The girl was aggressive and accusatory. She reacted horribly when we confirmed one of us was from overseas. She seemed fed up with her job. The duty manager who we telephoned, apologized but still maintained this ridiculous position. It is at the end of the day, one facility for me as a customer, so when thinking of staying at @Ramada Club Wyndham Marcoola Beach we wonât! Additional info. The response below from Andrew is a fabrication, the digital certificate was not in anyway blurred, the certificate was barely viewed, we offered the duty manager on the phone the option to view it but he also declined. We can only onclude the management are ignorant possibly racist and they are certainly not reading the health directives thoroughly. You can present a digital certificate as not everyone is connected to Medicare. Again international guests can't possibly...
