A small coffee shop hidden away next to the surf shop. I didnt know it was there, but was drawn to the 4564 sign (as that is my postcode). The coffee was spot-on. I had a piccolo. Intense and strong, hot and smooth, just how I like it. I was so surprised because usually airport coffee is dreadful and overpriced. Read moreI’m posting because this is the second time I’ve had poor coffee from this outlet. The other at the airport is no better either. I ordered a large flat white for $6.90. It was bitter, without much milk. Talk about shrinkflation. The ‘large’ cup size has shrunk, but besides that, there was only 225 kms of liquid in the cup (I kept the cup and measured) and the rest was dark froth. A large coffee in Australia should be about twice that size. Plus it barely weighed anything....
