A local friend recommended to dine here. I read the reviews from others and found that the Ramen and Pork belly rice was mentioned several times. I followed suit and both dishes were bangers for me. The pork belly was soft and melt in your mouth. Good balance of lean and fat per slice. Each slice was a generous cut. I enjoyed the simple salad side dish to cut the fattiness of the protein. The veggies in the bowl were a great accompaniment for a truly enjoyable meal. The served rice portion was too little for me thus I ordered an extra bowl and requested for it to be filled to the brim. The staff did exactly what I asked. Well done 👍

The tonkotsu chashu ramen also hit the spot for me. The chashu was cut to the perfect thickness that had a tender chewy mouth feel and a joy to eat. The noodles were cooked perfectly for the nice chewy texture that ramen should have. Soup was thick and rich that it hit the spot for me at first sip.

Will come again when in the area and the kitchen is working throughout the day. Highly recommended.

If i could give 6 stars i would!! my favourite place for food in kawana since they opened :) food is a great price and staff are so friendly. we came here for my dads birthday tonight and everything was perfect! rather go here than somewhere expensive where the experience isn’t half as good. I gave them the cake before-hand and made it xtra special by turning off the lights and playing a birthday song with candles. my dad loved it! gave some cake to the staff since they were so kind, and they were very thankful.
