Normally, I don’t leave reviews. But today, I just have to… We walked in to order lunch and coffee, I stood longer than 10mins just waiting to have eye contact from ANYONE 🙄 that never happened. No one acknowledged my presence at all. There were 3-4 girls at the front counter all chatting animatedly among themselves about personal stuff - that’s fine when customers aren’t waiting for service. It was lovely to see the friendly interaction of them - happy staff. Hello! Puzzled customer Not one said hello or offered service to me. I noticed many others get served before me, but still I waited… confused as to why I was being ignored. Finally I had to ask about service - embarrassing 😳 These are the reasons for my low star rating.

As sceptical as I can be of "new" coffee shops I had heard that they made organic coffee and raw food treats so decided to give it at go. The barista made a very smooth coffee and served it with a huge smile and greeting. The shop itself stocks a massive range of health foods from organic meats to pizza to cereal. Since becoming a regular spot for me I have always been impressed by the vibe in the store. Yes it can get busy but the girls do a great job of making you feel welcome and getting your coffee ready promptly. The raw food treats are amazing and the smoothies are varied with options to add in protein powders are raw greens. I would definitely recommend trying it out for lunch and a coffee. I even use the ground control beans at home now due to the smoothness...

It was a nice grocery store nothing against it. I am just leaving the review as the sign has fresh juices and the Google listing also shows it but when I went in they said they couldn’t make me a fresh orange juice and I could buy cold pressed from the fridge.

So if you want a fresh orange juice this place isn’t it and I’m unsure what they put in the smoothies but that looks freshly squeezed?

Otherwise it was nice just if you can please note that fresh juices don’t include orange juice or any other juice that’s plain (one fruit or veggie). Only smoothies.

Also the oranges to buy (as I decided to end up going Woolworths to buy some) were more expensive...
