This place was tasty! My order was taken effciently and the food came to the table in a good time. I had the green curry, chicken satay, fish cakes and I forgotten what the mocktail was called, but it was really refreshing on a warm evening. All the food was very good and I'd almost say the best green curry ive ever had. It was fresh, light and delicate to eat, very yummy. The young lady who served my table was friendly and very good at her job. Only thing that stopped me rating this 5 stars was my table was very rocky and I had to lean on it to stop it moving. The bistro outdoor blinds could do with a wipe as it blocked alot of the view.. I'll be revisiting in the future 😊

My partner and I went there for dinner when we were staying in Ramada Resort by Wyndham Golden Beach as we’re offered a 10% discount coupon for dining in this restaurant. We ordered the salt and pepper calamari as an entree, green curry duck, Choo Chee Jumbo Prawns and some rice as our main. We had to wait for a bit of time for the food, but all came at the same time. It’s not an issue to us if the food could be kept warm enough, but it’s not. The prawns especially cooled down so quickly that it’s lost the actual flavour. So remind the staffs(we did actually) to serve the entree first and then your mains. Beside that, the staffs are friendly and attentive and the food was good.

Copper Spoon Thai Restaurant offers a mixed dining experience. The Pad See Ew stands out as a highlight, with its well-balanced flavors and fresh veges. The Penang Chicken Curry has a nice flavor, but unfortunately, the chicken was a bit chewy, which detracted from the dish. The spring rolls, however, were disappointing. They were primarily filled with noodles and lacked the variety of ingredients you'd expect. Despite the inconsistency in the food, the service was excellent. The staff was attentive and friendly, contributing positively to the overall dining experience. While the Pad See Ew is worth trying, the spring rolls might be worth skipping.

Don't go unless there's changes. Ambience good, Service 2stars, Food 2stars. We love food we travelled from Gold Coast to Caloundra told about Copper Spoon (over 2hrs) foody weekend preggy wife craving😆...i had to politely ask the woman (owner?) if there was coconut milk in Red Curry it was watery, she just asked " was it". FYI Curry was flavoursome but fell flat on the consistency and body of the sauce. If the RED CURRY sauce had more body the flavour would make it a great dish instead of a Watery Stock Mock of a Thai Curry. The sauce needs enough body to hang onto the meat, accompanying ingredients and the rice. Just not happening. The COCONUT RICE was Half Cooked. Upon payment I mentioned this politely with a mind to return business if the response was positive, I was asked "was it", no further comment or eye contact was made. Look Copper Spoon, as customers we're happy to pay even if the Main Dish Portions are Small but we do not expect to leave with a Poor Taste in our mouth from the Food and Service. There was one waitress who was very professional and polite. Thank you. It's apparent location and very limited competition corners the market for the Copper Spoon but it's quality of food and response appears to take full advantage...care a little more. If you want to compare Copper Spoon Thai Curry, try, Springwood Thai Orchid that's won serious awards or Bundall Amphawa. We have been to restaurants spreading from the Gold Coast, through Brisbane to the Sunshine Coast. At this time, if ur at Caloundra your money maybe better spent else where other than the Copper Spoon. Customer of the...

We have just returned from a lovely evening at the Copper Spoon. My husband and I have not enjoyed a Thai meal of this standard for quite some time. I throughly enjoyed my Chicken stir fry with cashew and chillie sauce with Loads of fresh seasonal veges, perfectly cooked and full of flavor. Though not on the menu, my husband requested a Red Thai Duck curry. It was stunning! The duck was lean and plentiful and it too was full of fresh vegetables. He couldn't stop taking about the flavour of it! I also thought it was very very nice. Our compliments to the chef. The f wait staff are very attentive and friendly. They are great asset to this restaurant, everyone of them was delightful wirh big genuine smiles! The setting is very nice with pleasant back ground music. I can see us returning here at least twice during the remainder of our stay in Golden Beach. Thank you to the entire team at Copper Spoon, it's a...

Made a booking for 6.30pm and ended up standing outside the restaurant for 15 mins while staff tried to fit in people that had not booked. Finally got into the restaurant and confirmed our booking at the front counter at 6.45pm. Was seated at our table at 6.45pm.four additional tables were seated 10 mins after we arrived including the people that did not book. Still no service at the table. The people that had not booked had their order taken and received their meal. Still no table service at 40 mins. Finally had enough when staff ignored our table and decided to take orders from tables that arrived 30 mins after we were seated. Really poor service. We ended up leaving 45 mins after getting no services. Will be letting The Ramada hotel know. We ended up getting noodle box across the road 10 mins later. Beware of the slack...
