KFC Swan Hill — Restaurant in Swan Hill

I ordered my kfc at around 8:40 pm at Kfc Swan Hill at 322 Campbell street on 26/12/2022. And when I was at drive thru to take my kfc, one of the employee hand me my food but did not check if i have a hold of it yet and proceed to drop it, resulting it drop down on the ground, the employee saw the food drop down, instead of running out to pick it up or offer new box or at least say sorry, she did not do any above but shutting down the window at drive thru and walk into the kitchen. I paid my money for my food, I did not beg or ask it for free and this is the type of attitude i get??? I have been supporting kfc for almost 4 years now, today is my most disappointing night, i have never felt such disrespect. I contacted the manager of the store and she said she was gonna make a new one for me, but did not even inform me of the decision, just left???. Then when i filed complain, she offer a voucher, thats it, no sorry no nothing. Never...

So after living in the area for just over a month and being told what the food is like from KFC in Sean hill I stayed well clear , the after seeing when the day it closed for renovations and seeing a bio health inspector car in the car park I figured I’d try it when it re opened , today was that day , waited 10 minutes for food with one car in the drive through I was in store,

Chips were soggy and my zinger stacker consisted of one zinger burger cut in half to make the stacker , last time I checked it was supposed to have two zinger pieces on the burger, definitely won’t be back , is this why it’s considered “cheap as chips” expensive and under cut meals more like, definitely won’t be back it’s worse than Calder services , so in future if I want FLG kfc I’ll wait until back in Melbourne I think , where kfcs are packed to the brim and happy to wait 20 minutes for food because they have...

Very disappointed waited 15 min to be served without any exaggeration then after waiting a further 9 min for my meal i was told they ran out off wicked wings was not a happy person at this stage it now was nearly 25 min to be served and get a meal. Every table was dirty i had to ask the service assistant to clean a table and he said we are too busy and gave me a chux and asked me to go and clean it. OMG i could not belive what i had just experienced i would not recomend this place too anyone. I then open my meal to find no potatoe and gravy and it was substatuted to a plan gravy opened it up and it was like a jelly it seemed it was sitting ther from this morning gave it to the manager and not even a replacment was offed too me just took it and placed it in the bin.
