Very disappointing was watching everyone I the truck could see there were baskets of chips already cooked sitting there for 10 or 15 minutes while orders were being prepared. Time we got our meals the chips were dry and cold . Paid extra for truff sauce $4.50 for sauce which I never received. 70 bux for 2 combos waste of money. Cold brisket , dry over cooked cold chips and my drinks were warm. Been dying to try smokin Arabs for ages everytime I went always sold out . But finally got to try you guys tonight and it was very sad. Ordered at the truck and waited for the take away.

In response to your comment below. As it seems I cannot respond to your comment directly. Thank you for assuming I live far I accually live 2 minutes away from your truck. The chips I toke a photo after I ate my burger . The drink was warm when I received it as I was told there were no cold ones left so this was surplus stock given straight to me.
It's quite obvious a drink would get warmer the longer it's out of the fridge it's common sense as well as it had being the middle of summer on a very hot night.
I did advise it was take away also as there were no chairs or tables left * again this is also common sense also wanted to mention that the lady at the register also suggested that as it was a very busy night so I did go ahead with that.
The chips are clearly overcooked or stale as you can see by the browning of the chips this could also indicate that the oil could possiably be old or chips have sitted out after being oozed for quite sometime.
Please do not assume with your customers that they lack the common sense to not ask for takeaway if that's what they had come in for and or asked and as well as the science behind a bottle of water leaving the fridge that it gets warmer and warmer.
That is not good practice and response there is not need to reply sarcastically because it definitely is coming across that way.
Even more so not not knowing your customers experience. If you were in my position you would also be...
Read morePretty average experience. I ordered the ribs pack with additional brisket and loaded fries. The brisket was dry and tasteless, i honestly have no idea what the fuss is about. The loaded fries, i asked for no jalapeno, so they added jalapeno with barely any cheese; this is why i get the loaded fries on the first place, for the cheese. They had to squeeze all of this into a small box (i later realised that they took stuff out of the box to fit it). My wife requested the brisket burger, she received the truff burger. I had to scrape off the sauce because she doesn't eat spicy, completely ruined the meal. $74 for what was essentially 1 beef rib, a thin slice of dry brisket, a medium size burger and some fries. I must admit that the rib was rincredibly good, tender and had heaps of flavor, but that was literally the only highlight of an otherwise very...
Read moreWe just had the beef rib and brisket at Meatstock - it was the best I’ve ever had! The stakes were high after a disappointing beef rib experience at a well known BBQ place in Melbourne... I’ve had a craving for a goood beef rib for months and these guys exceeded my dreams. Both rib and brisket had a great tasty bark, were juicy, butter soft, jiggly and had delicious beefy flavour. The fat and connective tissue had been cooked perfectly so that it melted and became gelatinous heaven. I don’t think it’s possible to get any better than what I had today. They were also really well organised with the queue moving along at a good pace. The chips, coleslaw and pickles were just right too - there was no weak link or disappointments. These guys are doing a fantastic job and I’m definitely going to track them down again. Sorry no photos, I was too...
