360 Degrees Thai Eatery — Restaurant in Sydney

Absolutely disgusting service! Made a booking for 8 for my daughter’s birthday. They called me to confirm an hour before the booking which I did confirm. When I got there we had no table and my relatives were told the booking had been cancelled. I went inside to find out why. They had left a message to cancel another booking who had run in past my family, sat down and told the staff ‘yes’ when asked if their booking was ‘my name’. Rude of the other ppl but ultimately handled atrociously by the staff. Yo try and cancel any booking within an hour is awful. They said they’d get another table and chairs brought in. Only 6 chairs were there and they then left us with my daughter and her friend standing for 25 mins ignoring us. If and when the other 2 chairs were brought in, one would have backed onto a lady in a wheelchair and the other would have been on a downward slope 1/2m from the front door. They didn’t set the table or check on us. After 1/2hr of waiting we ended up calling the Chinese restaurant at Ramsgate rsl who happily accommodated us 20 mins later and we had a far better time and meal there. Fabulous Local Eatery, The menu is extensive and the meals are presented beautifully. Its a tiny place tucked away from the view of the Tom Uglies Bridge.

Whilst some what difficult to park straight off the bridge ' its easiest way is to take the first on the left and go around the block, it will also give you better options with getting parking, as Pauls Hamburgers customers will be trying to park directly out front.

The staff are fabulous and efficient, the meals are presented quickly and the food is fresh and clean and delicious.

In house Dining is quiet and easy, and they also provide a grea takeaway service.

Extremely dissapointed, I spent $91 on this order for takeout on Uber eats and (you already know they don't care about quality) anyways all the food was terrible, why is zero stars not an option, the beef salad tasted boiled and had too much lemon grass and it was watery. The entrees mix was soggy and cold and the pad see ew was the worst I've ever had, it had no flavour. We also paid for soft shell crab and it was terrible, they were small and overcooked. It was terrible and the peanut sauce was separating, extremely grainy. This food was so terrible. Really dissapointed as was looking forward to a nice dinner....
