The Alice cafe sylvania has been at the forefront of specialty coffee and has been brewing the shire’s best coffee for well over a decade I’m not rude or fierce person we take pride in all we do , and I need to focus on all our customers coffee orders ,I just ask for our customers to have manners and respect them selves and others . don’t come into the cafe on your phone or ask for your coffee abruptly as you won’t be served .the cafe is for those that enjoy there coffee not just a caffine hit with over 25years in hospitality every cup of coffee is made with passion you can taste we hope to see you soon...

I have been visiting The Alice Cafe for the past 12 years and have always been welcomed with a smile and amazing coffee and food. One of the only cafes that know their customers by name and have their coffees ready before they even walk in the door. Fadi and Nadia make everyone that enters the cafe feel like part of the family. The love and care they put into everything that is served is undeniable. If I could rate this 10/10 I would. I highly recommend anything and everything out of The Alice Cafe, you can never go wrong. I've been going to the Alice cafe since I was 15, I'm now 23 and consider fadi and his mother like family, 'the middle aged man' as described in previous comments demands one thing - respect, if you respect him he respects you. If you walk in and don't say good morning and demand a coffee hes well within his right to tell you to get out of his shop!
