I’m disappointed in the barista. I came in last Thursday and ordered a regular cappuccino and I specifically told the barista lady to make it extra hot, she clearly did not listen to what I requested and made the coffee cold like as if it had been touched with the frother and removed straight away, it wasn’t even warm at least. And on top of all of that, it’s nice when the prices of the coffee goes up and it doesn’t match the quality of the product and service. I understand everything has gone up recently, but if it is worth the quality that would make sense and be fair. Mashawi House has been offering some great promotions recently due to Covid, which is very good to see from a business and customer satisfaction perspective. The downside comes with the order notes. Every time I order here and I put in delivery notes, they just don't read them. The Greek Salad that they offer as a side never has any feta cheese. Sometimes It feels like they don't care about the orders, and are quick to just send things out without proper care. Only 1 time out of 10 did they present the meal really well. They are not too consistent with their quality either, recently I ordered some shish kebabs for my friend and they got stomach aches...

The worst service 👎 there is an Asian lady in her mid-thirties who works in the morning .she had a bad temper and her body language is not pleasant at all☹ Today, we, as a group, ordered coffee and food the coffee came cold and the food was very late 👎the person who ordered the food and coffee explained that he did not have enought time to wait because he had to go back to work . The waitress 🤬seemed annoyed and did not like the comment and she was very rude in a way that did not make us want to visit this place again💯 there are many better places in terms of serice and respectful workers .
