We went in at 12pm for breakfast. We sat down after waiting, and when we were seated, the table wasn't cleaned properly and smelled of egg. We thought we might need to order at the counter but then we had to ask the waitor who said she'll come with the menus and then waited for the server to come back and give us menus 5 mins later. We ordered at 12:13pm. We got our drinks soon later. We ordered two different mocktails and they are at most mediocre. It was mainly orange juice with some other flavours like lychee or cranberry, and is not worth $12. Even the texture and presentation was not the greatest. I was disappointed with the drinks but awaited the food. Time passed. We were getting so tired and hungry. Suddenly, it was 1pm. We had been there an hour, and watched as the people near to us, who had been here longer, didn't get their food either. We even watched two different groups of people leave after they could no longer wait that long. I wanted to leave by that point so we asked them how long was left. The waitor checked and said they are starting your food now. STARTING THE FOOD NOW?! After an hour wait?! I ordered a Halloumi Stack which is just grilled cheese on toast with slices of watermelon. It does NOT take that long. I understand that it was a weekend and there are wait times but the food coming out did not need to take that long. We asked again after 10 mins and the lady told us "they're starting now". I was genuinely about to leave until the guy came around and said your food is coming out now. Eventually at around 1:25pm, we got our food. They hadn't even provided us with tissues or cutlery. And there are no numbers on the tables so they walk around trying to find whose food belongs to who. So we asked them for cutlery and we waited another 5 mins for them to get us some cutlery. My Halloumi stack came out unfinished, without the olive oil and balsamic drizzle, and also without pomegranate. I understand that this place is new and busy but I've never sat over an hour at a restaurant for a piece of toast with cheese and fruit. At multiple points I wanted to enter the kitchen myself and help what seemed like only one chef present. The food tasted fine, it wasn't bad, aside from the missing ingredients, but would I wait that long again? No. Save your time. If you want to come here, order your food, give them your number, go shopping and tell them to call you when it's ready. You'll have minimum of an hour to shop. Butter Bear? Firstly the fake reviews are hilarious clearly made by the owner, staff, family and friends! Don’t believe them trust me! The fact that this cafe is 5 stars is beyond me, upon arrival we weren’t greeted by any staff, we weren’t offered a place to sit with 3 staff members walking past us, we had to ask for menus, once ordered we waited 50 minuets for the most simple meal ( 2 x smashed avocado with eggs ) we had an almond croissant for an entree with coffee and it was offered to every table before it arrived because they had no table numbers. How on earth does a restaurant work without table numbers please explain. The staff here have no skills, our breakfast was carried around the restaurant with a lost looking waiter for 5 minutes till they decided to approach us and ask what we had ordered. Once placed on the table I just looked at the raw slimy jelly looking eggs and was not eating that, I looked at the other plate and there was enough egg for an ant. We weren’t given cutlery, the table was dirty when we sat down and had to move the dirty cups ourselves. I understand cafes get busy, but 50 minuets for some toast and eggs like seriously was it not prepped already in the kitchen, and no table numbers or cutlery or being welcomed upon arrival. It’s a big no from me! Service is everything, you could have the best quality but if your service is garbage then I’m sorry but so is the whole cafe! This cafe needs a serious routine system put into place with staff members being taught what to do properly. We asked for our money back and left! Went to another cafe in Bankstown and were greeted upon arrival, given cutlery on a clean table and had our food served in 10 minuets! I’ll never...

I recently stumbled upon this newly opened cafe located in Bankstown Central, and I'm so glad I did! This cozy spot offers a charming ambiance, friendly staff, and a delicious menu that will leave you wanting more.

One of the highlights of this cafe is their selection of freshly baked artisan pastries. Their cookies are also a must-try, served warm with your choice of soft serve. They have trendy soft serve flavours including pistachio, bubblegum, and soft serve acai.

If you're looking for a satisfying brunch, this cafe has you covered. Their menu features a variety of options, including classic favourites and some creative twists. The portions are generous, and the quality of the ingredients is top-notch.

But what truly sets this cafe apart is the exceptional customer service. The staff are warm, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a pleasant experience. Their attention to detail and genuine care make you feel right at home.

Whether you're looking for a quick coffee and pastry or a leisurely brunch, this cafe in Bankstown is definitely worth a visit. It's a hidden gem that offers a taste of comfort and...
