If i could give them a zero, i would. NEVER AGAIN will i step foot in that place. I was travelling home with my son in my car and my daughters in another car, when my daughter needed to fill petrol. So as she finished filling up her car, she walked over to fill my car aswell. I soon was approached by the worker who mind you was staring us down like we were about to commit a crime of some sort. He informed me that as i was not allowed to be in the drivers seat whilst my daughter was filling my car. I was so shocked with his comment and he said that that was the law. I informed him that in all my 30 years of filling up petrol, no one has ever mentioned a more ridiculous statement in my life. I also made it clear to him that both my car and my daughters car were quite expensive and that we weren't going to run off without paying for fuel. I have been filling petrol at that service station for many years and have never been treated like a criminal before, ever. Just a word of warning, for anyone who'se travelling with their elderly parents, or their wives, or in general, like i have done on many occassions where my adult kids jump out and fill for me...DON'T at that petrol station, because if you do you'd be labelled as having ulterior motives to commit a crime. Overall, it’s an ok servo. I don’t drive so I can’t tell you about the quality of fuel but from what I can tell about it’s location, I’d say it was a bit pricey. On that note, the food in there is also a bit expensive, like a maxi in would average at $5 or $6. The service is decent and there is a self service checkout both for fuel and food. There is a decent bathroom and a boost juice store inside. The fuel pumps are accessible and there is rarely traffic. There is an air compressor for topping up you tyres and the whole place has ramps and flat areas for those in wheelchairs. I wouldn’t say it was child friendly just because there are lots of cars moving around and it’s a fuel station but the staff are nice so you could probably bring your kids in. There are electric car charging spots and a drive-in car wash, but I’ve never seen anyone use it. All in all, it’s just a typical Ampol servo with a few food and drink options.
