Takeaway Coffees all X shot unfortunately 1 ended up having sugar in it which was a real let down, ended up in the bin,,, the other 2 were good and the service was very good however I think the Barista had too much going on with juggling flowers and Coffee at the same time! Unfortunately we were already on the Motorway otherwise we would have been happy to return for a replacement! Di Lorenzo Coffee Beans

Response to the Owner; Thank you for responding however as stated above we never asked for sugar in any of the Coffees. None of us take any sugar in our Coffee. Whatever the Barista led herself to believe is her doing but none of the 2 men asked for sugar purely and simply! What may have happened is the word one (as in one coffee) could have been misinterpreted into one (1 sugar). Further to this the younger man clearly requested all 3 without sugar. If the mistake came from our end the lactose free coffee drinker committed the biggest crime against himself as he had to wait until we arrived at Port Stephens for his coffee 😂 haha. We've worked together for over 5 years as a team and order up to 2 coffees a day and have never asked for sugar which is why it's impossible for one of the boys to actually ask for 1 sugar in their Coffee,,,, definitely a misunderstanding! You mentioned how serious you take the Business and pride with quality assurance etc perhaps you could extract a snippet from the CCTV and post it prove me wrong and I'll happily apologise and tap all 5 ⭐ problem solved no more he said she said..... I appreciate your offer to replace the Coffee no doubt and have already moved to 4 ⭐ based...

What an absolute hidden treasure this place is! It’s not just a coffee shop, and not just a florist – it’s the perfect combination of both. On top of that, the florist side of the business is just as impressive. It’s such a clever pairing – enjoying a coffee surrounded by gorgeous blooms really enhances the atmosphere.

The location is also convenient, just off Windsor Road, making it an easy stop whether you’re on the go or looking for a spot to relax. I’m so glad I discovered it, and I’ll definitely be coming back more regularly now.

I don't normally write reviews but I feel the need to on this occasion as I haven't been treated very nicely by this company and hope others don't experience what I have experienced, especially when trying to order flowers for a sensitive occasion where you would expect kindness and good service. I tried to order from this florist which I was told to do by email. Evelyne replied with a price and I said yes please go ahead. She has since just ignored me completely! It's unfathomable to me that a business could do that. Maybe my order wasn't good enough? I'm not sure? But I have had no replies to my emails for a week and even when I called them twice, I was told Evelyne wasn't available but would call me back and that she would send me my invoice yesterday. She is still just ignoring me like I don't exist. It certainly doesn't feel very nice especially considering the reason I need the flowers (which I won't put on here). I have since gone elsewhere to a florist that actually helped me and were friendly to deal with. Be wary of this company, I'm really confused by them actually. It wasn't exactly a small order, I was quoted $650, not that that should matter...
