Flamed & Grilled Seafood — Restaurant in Sydney

I went yesterday for lunch. It’s surprisingly busy for a friday, a 27 minute wait for fish and chips, and a small chips, which you think would be a simple, quick meal. The chips were fine, very normal basic hot fries you’d get from any store. The fish is not great honestly, but a redeeming quality for both the chips and the fish are that you can tell it’s fresh. Overall, not really worth the wait, but I guess it is one of the only places in that area that sells this. However the biggest issue I had with the business was the lack of instruction on what to do. Many people were just standing around, and there were no lines or anything to tell if they had ordered or were waiting. I don’t know why there’s no signs or any way of telling what to do, it’s very haphazard and you have to figure it out for yourself. I usually get the crumbed barramundi which is not bad, today I decided to get the grilled snapper with chips, Wasn’t happy with the quality of fish, (my cat wouldn’t even eat it and that’s saying something) it was dry n not as fresh as I would have liked it. The chips were terrible - it was really a waste of my money. I rang to make a complaint and I was told “the snapper is a dry fish and it’s fresh” well, I’ll have to say it didn’t look fresh on the grill, looked like it had been frozen for a while? - in saying all that, I have zero tolerance for liars, so you only get a 1 star from me and you just lost a...

I did the Uber eats order at 4pm. I got the notification that my order is being delivered to my home at 4:35 but there was no food outside I immediately call the driver who was supposed to deliver my food, he told me they handed the order to another Uber driver wow! Wow! Surprised and they are arguing that two persons one after another came in the restaurant to pick up my food. I immediately contact Uber eats and they told me it not possible on Uber eats app that two person went to the restaurant to pick up same order.

Apart from this. The worst attitude of owner or whoever else he was on the phone...
