Aqua Noodle House — Restaurant in Sydney

If there was a no-star rating that's what this place deserves. We had dinner here, ordered 8 dishes and mine was the only that had not arrived. I followed up at the counter and the waiter walked around the floor and realised he had brought it to the wrong table. He gave it to me apparently untouched from another table. I accepted it only because everyone on our table was half way through their meals and I was hungry. I told the guy that I expected at least a discount. When it was time to pay I went up to the counter and explained to the woman there that I should at least get a discount if not a free meal. She said because I received the meal and ate it I need to pay for it. I argued with her but ad expected with these restaurants they have no sense of customer service. Terrible food, terrible service, waiter was all confused - avoid...

Almost 4 months since lockdown and were back at our favourite restaurant. My partner and I were so excited and happy to come, I thought we won’t be able to dine in, the lady (I'll make sure to ask for her name next time) said that they're going to re-open on Saturday (the next day) I was almost heartbroken, so when we're about to leave, she stops us and asks us to wait a minute and she'll speak with someone inside the kitchen and then viola! She said we can come inside and even said "you can go to your usual sit" 🥺beyond grateful. Food is always great and never disappoint. Surely we'll be coming back again and again.

PS. Thank you for welcoming us back even tho you were forced to re-open your restaurant a day...

We ordered through menulog and was delivered wrong order for a Joseph... So we rang Aqua noodle house to ask about our order that consisted of 4 meals not 1, the lady actually knew we got wrong order and after putting us on hold she said we need to cancel menulog and order again and stated that driver never came to restaurant so then that would mean our order was still there with them and we would have to pay again. Aqua noodle house we usually visited when in Bankstown as like the food but now after the lies about driver never picking up order and knowing we were delivered wrong order from what they say another restaurant we will never eat at aqua noodle house again.
