TLDR: The BEST PHO in SYDNEY!
In a saturated market (Western Sydney) where many Pho places can be found, this one emerges as the crown jewel offering unparallel mouth-watering Northern style Pho. I don't mind the Southern style ones but this is just next level. If you're a Pho fan, sooner or later you'll discover Northern style is the way to go. I have been to this place so many times that I can't remember now. For context, I had Pho An (supposedly the famous Pho place nearby) TWICE in the past 24 years.
There are only 4 items of choice so it's a case of quality over quantity. I usually have the simple rare beef noodle soup and this should be the first choice if you haven't tried the others.
The broth is so rich in flavour yet clear (a sign of healthy, less fatty content) and consistent every time. The meat is so tender that even my 3 year-old gave the tick of approval (she usually only digs the rice & noodle bit) The veggies are generous. Most Northern style places don't give bean sprout and basil but you can get them here by default.
Recently I've been going with the Fish Vermicelli and this is also highly recommended. The soup is different with a bit of tangy flavour which has become my favourite.
I took my parents here quite often and they also love it. For context they tried many Pho places in Vietnam & Oz and this place often gets my dad excited for coming back.
It's reassuring that there's a place you can go to knowing the whole fam will enjoy it, especially when I run out of time and options for dinner.

Read moreI have been waiting for 25 years to have this kind of authentic Hanoian phở.
Yes, you can name it all kinds and brands of phở in Australia and I had it all including a few phở Thìn in Melbourne, even phở Thìn in Sydney and now the latest phở Thìn in the North of Sydney.
Nothing beats this phở Hương in Bankstown for the taste and authenticity of a northern style of phở which is the true "Phở của Phở"
The portion is filling more than enough of fresh bánh phở, raw beef and "nạm" of high quality beef and fresh shallots and vegetables. But the best of all that makes Phở Hương becoming the best Phở in Australia is the broth made of all authentic herbs and spicies and slow cooked bones to creat the greatest broth aroma and taste that I ever have in Australia. Not to mention "giấm tỏi" is so Hanoian which I love to have with the bowl of phở
I enjoy phở Hương every time I come here and sometimes the restaurant is full and busy but I love it too much I rather wait then...
Read moreVisited with my partner yesterday (Easter Monday) and wanted to try their Pho soup which they are renowned for. Let’s just say it didn’t disappoint. Pricing for their Pho is also reasonably priced and our waiter was patient, informative..very soft spoken but informative😂 and pleasantly polite. I ordered the Beef Pho, super tasty with a flavour packed broth. The meat servings were generous and tender. You have the option to also order unlimited cooked or fresh bean sprouts at no extra charge. There is also fried bread you can order. We ordered one and were sadly let down. It was like a stale biscuit even after soaking it in the broth to try and soften it. Bit of a stitch up haha but it was a small price to pay for a great Pho. Def will back, just won’t order the bread sticks again😂. Keep in mind it’s a little hard to find on Google maps so just ask around if...
