Sad to see some customers experience poor customer service! 5stars if Management will provide the time to train staff & provide excellent customer service skills! It ain't that hard really a smile and positive manners go a long way for your business! Anyways I'm really guttered I've only just realised this lovely pizza place and I'm no longer living in the area 😩 Ordered a FALAFEL kebab and it was BOOOOOMB! Only downside was the tabouli! 1star for tabouli so dry and looked like my 4yearbold chopped the parsley lol but then again it's Turks trying to pull of a LEB DISH I see why so I'll let that slide. CHEFS SPECIAL PIDE omg if u love chilly that is the go to Pide! The TURKISH DOUGH IS AMAZINNNNNGGG beats my local Lebanese bakery dough sorry to say... Today I have a recommendation of the Garlic pizza sooooo excited! I am a food blogger who enjoys food and a food critic I know what's good in the Middle eastern flavours there PIZZAS ARE WAYYY BETTER THAN PARADISE PIZZAS!!! Like 100 times better! I'm just so guttered I've only found this hidden beauty! I can't wait to try more of the other pizzas like the ALASKA, SPAIN & TUSCANY!!! Ohhh it's to die for! It does get crowded & I see why...

I recently ordered two pizzas: the Taj Mahal and a BBQ Chicken. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The Taj Mahal pizza was not as advertised. The description on Uber Eats promised “chicken breast filled on a tangy tandoori sauce, mozzarella cheese, capsicum, onion, and minted yoghurt.” However, what arrived was completely different. The chicken was dry and unseasoned, with no sign of it being marinated in tandoori sauce as stated. The “tangy tandoori sauce” was just a tandoori-flavored base, and the chicken was placed on top. To make things worse, the minted yoghurt was off, adding an unpleasant taste to the whole pizza. When I called to address the issue, the person on the phone was extremely rude. He dismissed my concerns and showed no interest in resolving the problem. This lack of professionalism was unacceptable and made the experience even more frustrating. The BBQ Chicken pizza was equally disappointing. It lacked flavor, had no real taste, and was burnt. Overall, the combination of false advertising, poor food quality, and incredibly rude customer service left a terrible impression. I will not be ordering from this...

I’m absolutely shocked and heartbroken by the experience my son and I had at this kebab shop. We were treated with blatant disrespect, and my Black son was subjected to what I can only describe as outright racist behavior from the staff. Their tone, dismissive attitude, and choice of words were not only inappropriate but deeply hurtful.

No one should have to feel unwelcome or unsafe because of the color of their skin, especially not in a public business. The lack of basic human decency and professionalism shown by the staff was appalling. We walked out feeling humiliated and angry, and I hope no one else has to go through what we did.

I strongly urge the management to reflect on the kind of environment they’re fostering. Until real change happens, I absolutely do not recommend...
