My New Favorite Spot: Ritual Expresso

You know that feeling when you stumble upon a place and everything just clicks? That's what happened to me at the Ritual Expresso. I'm a bit of a coffee snob (guilty as charged!), and this place, oh boy, it's a gem.

Cappuccino to Die For: First off, their Cappuccino. I've had my fair share of cappuccinos, but this one? It's like they knew exactly what I needed. Rich, but not too heavy, with that frothy milk just how I like it. It was like a warm hug in a cup. Perfect for those mornings when you need a little pick-me-up.

Flat White - A Pleasant Surprise Now, I was a bit skeptical about trying the flat White. I'm usually a 'stick to what you know' kind of person, but the barista convinced me to give it a go. And I'm so glad I did! It was smooth, with just the right amount of kick. Definitely adding this to my list of favorites.

Staff Who Actually Care: One thing that really stood out for me was the staff. They weren't just going through the motions. They seemed genuinely happy to be there, chatting with customers, sharing their coffee wisdom. It made the whole experience feel more like visiting a friend's place rather than just another coffee shop.

Cozy Vibes All Around The shop itself has this cozy, laid-back vibe. It's not trying too hard to be trendy or hip. It's just comfortable and welcoming – the kind of place where you could lose track of time just relaxing and enjoying...

Boss man really needs to talk to his staff. It really doesn't take 2 girls to watch banana bread toast! It took for ever, normally im not so impatient but today was crazy. 1 girl pulled it out from the press while the other girl struggled to get butter out from the container, its a cafe knife 3 swipe's and done! Nope 10-15 dabs later then the other girl cuts it then they just stared at each other smiling to see who's going to get the flip to pick it up and place it into the box, then it gets dusted with powder sugar then taken to the other counter to get a bag that took her another minute to put in the bag, finally I thought it's coming, nope!!!! She turns around with the bag to talk to someone (broooo no come on) I just snap and say come on come on just pass me the bag!! reaching out for it. She's like a deer in headlights I felt bad but it stressed me to the max. Boss man kinda trying to defuse it telling me to have a nice day only to get home and it was the crappy end piece of the banana bread dry as. (Son wasn't happy) get the staff to work faster for the love of sanity. It doesn't take 2 ppl to toast and butter something get them to do other orders. My wife and I went in to do our shopping and were feeling hungry so we decided to try the Ritual Espresso before the shopping , very happy to have done so . We were shown to our table , given our menus while cold water was brought out . I ordered the beef fajitas which came to the table in their own serving tray , the beef was tender and well cooked with a touch of spice that added to the meal but didn't detract from the beef , just lovely . My wife had the American Pancakes with a mix of berries , fruit , maple syrup and ice cream and neither of us is going to need lunch and maybe dinner . The restaurant was clean with ample seating inside or out , the meals were a generous size and very well cooked and the service was great ( we were checked on to make sure everything was up to standard ) , with the prices good and a special mention for the coffee , when we went in there was a line up for take - away coffee and it didn't disappoint. We will definitely be going again to try more...
