Twice now I have not been able to load my points on to my app as the system has been down. I tried ringing the 1800 number and that too was busy and could not talk to anyone. This seems to be convenient so that customers do not accrue points. An ideal situation for the franchise. The staff members could not load my points via my phone number either. I’ve lost $28 now. Can't understand why this is allowed for employees to swipe their personal cards when customer is making a purchase.. As I ordered, she observed me applying pressure to stop the bleeding of a cut finger I had injured earlier. She kindly gave me a band-aid and even offered to put it on for me.
