Donut King Southgate Sylvania — Restaurant in Sydney

I just went to donut king Sylvania and ordered a mocha and lactose free cappuccino and two donuts each. The mocha would have to be the worst I have ever tasted, it was like a warm cup of milk with sniff of chocolate and coffee. My wife had the cappuccino, hers was even worst than mine because she couldn’t drink it. I tasted hers and it had off milk taste. Obviously they don’t keep the milk in the fridge. I can’t blame it on the asians be at Menai asians own the franchise there and they make the best of both drinks and their donuts are always fresh, whereas Sylvania donut seemed that they were old and reheated in the microwave. I came to buy one doughnut and there was a minimum spend of $10 which I didn’t notice until I went to pay for it. The lady was rude and simply pointed at the sign. Did not talk. In today’s environment how can there still be a cash requirement! I ended up purchasing using cash because she already placed it in packaging for me and I didn’t want to feel bad. I later eat the doughnut and find a white hair in it. Unfortunately not a good experience at all and I won’t be going back....

Came here just now for 6 cinnamon donuts. I had no cash and there’s a minimum $10 spend to pay by card... seriously!? In this day and age of COVID that is unconscionable.
