Was recommended bar biscotti from a friend and we were so eager to try it. The drinks were a 10/10 definitely must try. The tiramisu latte and strawberry matcha exceeded our expectations. The fillet o fish burger was good 7/10 but the schnitzel sandwich was a solid 10/10- we would definitely come back for it. Unfortunately our overall experience at bar biscotti was dampened by the lack of attentiveness of staff. We sat inside where many wait staff were working. Once they were done taking your order that’s the last you saw of them. We had ordered a croissant and our latte came on a plate before our food had come. The waitress came to bring our food to us and saw that the table was full- had no where to put the plates so I picked up the empty plate and made room. She put the food down and walked away and ignored the dirty plates in my hand. I tried many a times to get a staff members attention to clear the table but not one person came our way or even looked at us. I tried to get some clean serviettes as we had used ours and had to walk up to the counter. I noticed the table next to us brought their dirty dishes to the counter as no one was tending their table either. Considering they had so many wait staff working and it wasn’t busy this was quite a sad first impression. The knives on the table were also quite dirty as you can see from the table but there was no staff to ask for a new one so we just quickly ate and left.
