Booked a table prior to coming here. It's hard to get a seat if you walk in. What can I say, the food was amazing! It is definitely not for everyone and I understand why. For example, some people would probably not order the grilled intestines but I think this is one of the best food there (also fyi if it's youre first time, it is very fatty). We also had the cream prawn pasta which was very filling but delicious, also very different as you would not expect this in a Korean restaurant. Also had the hot pot which is so warming and homey. We also had the Korean chicken which was nice but nothing extraordinary. Of course we had to have the honeycomb Makgeolli, sweet rice wine - sooo good! Had to Be careful to not have too much as you can forget that there's alcohol in there :D The staff were helpful but sometimes difficult to call their attention. The place is okay, it looks very drabby and has a cafeteria vibe, although this might be the vibe that this restaurant is going for. Also probably needs more seating due to how popular it is but that's something that can't be helped. Overall it was a good dining experience and Will definitely go again.

Had dinner with my friends a few days ago. Food took ages to arrive, we waited for so long that we finished 2 whole glass bottles of water before the first dish arrived. We ordered the galbi risotto, clam pasta, grilled intestines and truffle fries. The galbi risotto was the only food I would recommend. We also found a dead cockroach on the iron pot which the grilled intestines arrived in (I will spare everyone from the photo). It was not a pleasant sight, and caused great disappointment in the poor food-health and safety of this restaurant, especially after waiting so long for our food. The staff offered to bring it back to the kitchen and serve us a new plate of grilled intestines but we were highly skeptical (what's to say that they didn't simply remove the cockroach and serve us the original dish again?). As compensation, we received three strips of melon prosciutto and a free drink. However, our night had already turned sour. Overall, service was quite poor given that there were no appropriate utensils to eat my risotto with, except for the pre-prepared chopsticks and soup spoons. I would have expected such a popular restaurant to be considerate of the customers, and either have the appropriate utensils on the table before customers sit down, or have the utensils provided together with the food. There were also no knives for me to separate the galbi rib with, as it was stuck on a big bone - see picture below. Therefore, I had to wait an additional amount of time to catch a server's attention, ask for the basic utensils, and wait again for them to come back, in order to eat the risotto. Additionally, please note that the entrance to the toilet is directly next to where the dishes are being delivered from the kitchen for staff to collect and serve to tables. The lighting inside was very dim, I noticed some tables sitting in almost complete darkness. My first impression was that it looked dingy and run-down, which was very different from the other reviews I have seen on Google. Luckily, we got a table right next to one of the few lamps. Will not be coming back here again until they have reviewed their management and made improvements to the concerns above.

(3.5 stars) While I thought I was familiar with the dining options in North Strathfield, somehow the whole Bakehouse Quarter thing passed me by. Tucked under duelling overpasses, it’s a cool dining district that is housed in the old Arnott's Biscuits factory. Korean is particularly well represented in the area’s restaurant offerings, with Myeong Dong Korean Restaurant garnering the most attention and a long queue. Late Night Table seems to be an after-dark takeover of a cafe called The Table. It puts out fusion food for the young generation in big shareable serves. Gopchang (intestines) are the speciality of the house, served grilled, as a hot pot (motsu nabe) or over rice in horumon don. Not quite feeling up to the challenge, we kicked off with a burrata cheese salad ($19) where the plump white cheese was surrounded by a ring of colourful cherry tomatoes floated in a lake of olive oil with vinegar passed separately. The signature spicy chicken ($37) is a big serve—we ended up taking enough home for lunch the next day. It’s also a creeper—deceptively easy to eat, but you’ll soon feel the chilli burn deep in the pit of your stomach. Clam suljjim pasta ($32) goes heavy on the clams, and as a result, gets a lot of briny flavour into the long thin pasta. It’s another generous serve. The menu oddball, gambas al ajillo, eats better than it looks. Tucked amongst the pale but plentiful crustaceans on a sizzling hot plate you’ll find tasty strips of potato and tiny champignons dripping in garlic oil. We mopped it up against Kloud beer ($5) and shots of a smooth, gentle distilled vodka-like spirit, Yeon Nam Yeon Ga ($25) while staff fiddled with disco lights.

Late Night Table (5 George St, North Strathfield NSW 2137) Honeycomb Makgeolli 🍯 $5.00 (Honeycomb at an additional price) With their noticeable specialisation in honeycomb makgeolli, this was a must-try restaurant for me! I noticed that Late Night Table serves a diverse range of products that go well with makgeolli! The honeycomb served was super sweet and delicious, however each piece of honeycomb did come at an additional cost of $5.00! It was my first time trying pure honeycomb produced in Australia by Clean Country, so I was excited, however upon taste-testing I would rate it about a solid 3/5! Grilled large intestine 🍖 $46.00 Another menu item that was recommended was the grilled intestine! The intestine was super fatty and soft! The spice level was not overloaded so it was quite addicting to eat! DIY Rice balls 🍙 Rice balls are always a must-try! It compliments everything so well! They came out steaming hot and is always so fun to DIY your own rice-ball shapes to serve to friends! With little expectations for the rice balls, I came out surprised and filled! 😊

This is our second time back here and it's just as good as our first time. Food delicious, atmosphere inviting, service excellent. We started off with the new range of highballs. It was as a highball should be, fruity, refreshing, and clean. The honeycomb makgeolli, soo good, must get. It's got an actual honeycomb piece for the makgeolli to be poured over. So the absolutely must gets: - clam pasta (heads up super good, super spicy) - truffle chapaghetti (can't go wrong with truffle) - fish cake pot (generous portion, just the right amount of spiciness) We also had the chicken, diy rice, ox bone soup, which were pretty good as well, very homey. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great authentic Korean meal.

I was pleasantly suprised by the quality of the food here. The pork intestines were divine- not like any other intestine I've had before. It had no gamey taste and was just a crispy and fatty morsel of tastiness. I also really enjoyed their katsu schnitzel with its Tangy sauce on top. Chapaghetti was ok bit expensive for what it was. Their OG fried chicken was crispy and not dry but I think it could've done with a tad bit more sweetness. Their fish cake hotpot was a generous serve. Their famous honey makgeolli was so sweet and delicious. Staff were pleasant and attentive. Love the chill vibes- great for a drinking night out with friends. Wish they had a dessert menu!
