Absolutely Repulsive. Do not eat here. Ever.

​I've been scarred for life after spending just 10 minutes inside this restaurant. We were drawn in by the brilliant reviews and patiently waited 30 minutes to get a table. The moment we walked through the door, my asthma immediately flared up. The air was thick and oily, like breathing in the aftermath of a bushfire.

​With no menus or instructions, we looked to the staff for help. That's when we saw the most traumatic, nauseating sight of our lives. A family had just left the table next to us, and two staff members approached with a small trolley, a bucket and a cloth. We watched, waiting for them to finish so we could ask for help, but what we witnessed was pure, unadulterated filth.

​They did not use a single cleaning product. The table was caked in a thick layer of oil and grease, which they simply wiped around with a cloth. They spread the oil into a thin, continuous layer, making the surface shine as if it were clean, when in reality it was just a disgusting veneer of old grease. The quantity of the oil was foul and putrid, and we could see it dripping from places you'd never expect it to collect.

​The lack of any attempt at actual sanitation was so overwhelmingly disgusting that we walked out immediately. It was impossible to even consider eating there after seeing that. The reviews are a total misrepresentation of a restaurant that operates in a shockingly unhygienic manner. Avoid this place...

This place was recommended to me and it didn’t disappoint!

We sat outside which was is a great option you don’t get as smelly as it would’ve been inside. You order from a QR code and everything arrive quite quickly.

Side dishes 🥗 - GREAT! We had potato salad, long slices of kimchi, pickled onion salad, garden salad, garlic chive Kimchi

Sauces🥫 - they provide soy bean paste in a bottle so you can squeeze out as much as you like and they also provide salt for your meats 👍🏻👍🏻

We ordered: Wagyu beef ribs 🥩 - perfect meat:fat ratio. So good with a bit of salt

LA beef ribs 🍖 - great marinade and it was fatty and melted in your mouth. We originally wanted the marinated beef rib but it was already sold out by 7PM. Definitely will go back to have this! It’s the same marinated just a different cut.

Pork jowl 🥓 - this is by the best pork jowl I’ve ever had. I’ve been to places where it tastes really gamey but this was so good. There’s a lot of fat on the jowls, I would recommend letting it render down, it was amazing!

Kimchi pancake 🥞 - THE BEST KIMCHI PANCAKE IVER EVER HAD. Super crispy there is a side of panko crumbs which is a game changer. The kimchi is very sour so the sweet dipping sauce is a great balance.

Cannot recommend this place enough, service was great too. Good to note that they have a BYO option for $3...

As you enter the restaurant you feel an attempt by the owners to convey the atmosphere of a traditional korean restaurant and they do almost achieve that, once you sit down the waiters, they make you feel comfortable with little fuss and order drinks etc then the meat or veg package options is dealt with in a professional and efficient manner. The food comes to the table quickly and you also have the option to order from a bar code on the table if you decide you want additional food or even drinks to save time. The overall atmosphere is very sedate and far too serene. Even on a mid week sitting. You may find yourself wanting more noise to enhance youre dining experience. The food however is absolutely fantastic. I can highly recommend this restaurant for the incredible food presented. I recommend you try this food and I believe you wont be disapointed.
