Big Bite Blacktown — Restaurant in Sydney

UPDATING MY SECOND REVIEW my family and family friends of 15 ppl weny back to BIG Bite Blacktown for my mums Birthday. 17/09/22 I told Every 1 how good this Restraunt was. Im sadly going to say how awful this experience was last night. The table wasn't prepared. The girl at the front was rude, had attitude we had to keep putting our hand up as if we were at school getting thier attention, no one came to our table, they kept going to thier own kind of ppl which was disgusting and felt Racist. They all were unprofessional, except for 1. The rest were all unprofessional in their role and attending us, no smile no nothing but clear attitude from the tall girl with fair skin also rolling her eyes at us. The man idk if he was the owner was really nice, the place smells like Mothballs n smells bad, the food was nice it was the waitresses bad attitude n manners.

TO the owner PLEASE tell your waitresses, Change the attitude when serving your customers, this isnt India its Australia, dnt bring your attitude here. My family wernt happy at all which makes me feel bad talking them there, they were happy to go some were else. NOT going there Never again....!!!

My family went to Big Bite on 12/01/21.. Since I had a day off on Tuesday and Every one is Vegiterian on Tuesdays... Gota say the Best ever Vegiterian indian Restraint... Loved it...Thanks guys for the services.it was...

If you are looking for authentic north indian fare. Look no further. At the start the location is pretty easy to reach and locate, there is ample parking by the side and just two restaurants near it ( but I'm still guessing it would be prudent to reserve a table as it does get crowded.)

The food we ordered was a indian Street food, main courses, drinks (non-alcoholic) and Indo-chinese fare. Not a single dish disappointed as they lived upto seriously high standards of taste, presentation and authenticity. Truly a burst of flavour.

The service was very nice from the host reserving the table to the people taking order/serving everyone was courteous and food service was prompt. The place is also kept clean and waiters/host wear masks at all time and clean the tables immaculately after every guest.

The toilets were also quite clean and serviced.

This is also child friendly, vegan friendly and disability friendly in the nature of the space and...

Just had been here today for lunch and a pathetic experience we had here:

One Ordered dish never came as we were told that it’s under preparation while all 7 of us had finished the rest of the food. We had to cancel that as everyone had finished the food.

7 of them were adjusted in a table of 6, no plate, no wipes, no spoon, no fork, no glass was provided to the 7th person. Even when I told them, the waitress didn’t apologise and didn’t provide the same inspite of telling her. Told the person who was at the counter but wasn’t provide a glass or a wipe to the 7th person in our group.

One of the dishes was Incorrect and had to get it rectified.

Food wasn’t that great in taste.

I’m giving one star as I don’t have an option not to give NONE or negative as money wasn’t spent wisely in this instance.

Should we ever step in there again, I don’t think after such an incredibly worse service, where the customer still ends up paying,...
