Pacific Takeaway Foods — Restaurant in Sydney

Used to shop here semi-regularly. Staff were never particularly welcoming, but the food was decent for its price. However after I got home and noticed that half my order was missing, I went back and asked them for the rest of my order. The woman serving blamed her other worker (who was conveniently not around at that time) and started cooking the rest of my order. After the few minutes passed and the finished product was handed to me, she said a quick thanks and walked off. At no point was an apology issued or even responsibility taken. I understand mistakes happen, but the fact that she couldn't care less that a mistake was made was very irritating. To add a cherry on top of this situation, the missing part of the order was undercooked, and my original order was cold by the time I got back home. You don't care about your customers, so I don't care about you....

No doubt about it, this is a dodgy looking store in a dodgy location but I tell you what, if you want an Australian burger this is the place to go. It was simply magnificent. I got the lot and you could even taste real butter on that bun. It was massive. I got chips and scallops which was a mistake, tasted great but seriously they need a smaller serving size, half the chips at half the price would be ideal....

OMG the worst ever meal I have ever had ! The chiko roll was pretty much burnt & crispy & had obviously been forgotten in the fryer that I could not eat it (mind you, it was a spring roll I actually ordered).
