This is my third time visiting this place, and my absolute favourite now. Firstly the children aspect. It is a nightmare taking a young child to dinner sometimes, and having a little kids area makes it just that much easier to enjoy a meal. Secondly when I came in today I didn’t book, and I could see they were packed and fully booked out, the (I believe possibly the owner) at the door had looked for a table for us and put us reluctantly in the back corner, I wasn’t sure why he seemed reluctant at first, I didn’t mind. I later over heard in the kitchen someone say they had a big table not show up and that if they knew the people in the back corner could have had a nicer table, and just the fact they care about where their customers are seated just shows how much they truly care (the back corner table looked to be more of a spot where people would have a few drinks as the chairs were higher) but honestly we didn’t mind. The food was beyond quickly served, I had customised mine so there is no way this was previously prepared, they are just that organised they had it ready quicker than I have ever seen. Honestly, one of the best pizzas around, I had the inferno pizza with additional toppings and highly recommend it. This is 100% a business to support and I can’t wait to come back. Thank you and your staff for making such a beautiful place. I can’t recommend...

Pizza was high quality but the rest- it was below average, kids schnitzels had a bitter after taste with a heavy brown color. Seems the oil used in the deep fryer has not been changed for a while and the same was found in the potato chips. Moving to the John Dory fish immediately could taste that was frozen, the veal with the green peppercorn sauce and prawns, the veal was tough and the sauce, tasted like the quick and easy gravy that you add just water.
We were not impressed with the rest of the food, kid friendly and pleasant but the quality that was presented in our food apart from the pizza indicated the level of cuisine and product quality to be below average.
Pizza was very nice (margarita) lastly the staff were friendly but the shocking bit was that a waiter converted a couch to a bed to sit with her feet on the lounge while she had her staff lunch of spaghetti bolognese. This action happened before we left and another table that were sitting, not only this was a shock but very unprofessional. I’ve never seen this profesional level WOW.
Very disappointing with that lack of etiquette from staff. As recommendation- that good pizza is not a good enough reason to visit this place, very amateur level and food- order only pizza the rest you’ll be...

You must have been busy to write 5 reviews all at once. All the others are for the north shore so all I can assume is that the eastern suburbs is not for you. So Glad you will not be visiting us.
No I have visited, but thanks for your well thought out and unprofessional commentary above. 😊 I actually had organised a work barefoot bowls afternoon for the nurses from Sydney children's hospital at Randwick at your establishment last year and forgot to write the review regarding the absolute disgusting hostility myself and my colleagues encountered.
Not only did our bookings via emails not allow us to sit in your precious empty food venue as you denied that booking, the other establishment you work with wouldn't let us play bowls either. The whole time the local clientele made the atmosphere so hostile we ended up taking our 25+ group of paying individuals to another establishment in coogee who was absolutely horrified by your business behaviour.
I was giving a fair rating. The behaviour of staff was unprofessional and rude. Much like your response and honestly I'm not surprised in the slightest. Good luck though I'm sure you will do well responding to honest criticism in...
