Beware; The customer service at this place is abhorrent! The man of Indian heritage who calls himself the manager has discriminated against me for some time. I have been unlawfully treated to the point of humiliation and doubt the legality of some happenings , particularly the most recent I have had forced to experience. This male staff member has not voiced to me any reasons why i have been singled out and mustreated in the manner I have been. I have bought many customers there over the years, most becoming long time customers who attend regularly. This staff member seems to take my very presence as an insult and . As it has been repeated and ongoing, I will be taking this further the next time he treats me in such a discriminatory manner.
Jenny the day time staff member, is not friendly at all! Iam made to feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable, to the point of avoiding entering the premises some days. She's partial to certain customers and highly rude to most others. Never smiles, at most. Speaks in another language loudly to patrons of same nationality as herself. Never a thank you. Never made to feel anything positive because of her. This hotel has been run like this for some time and not many locals have a different experience to speak of than this one. Disgusting...

The situation is even worse because when you return to the surface, your phone needs a full recovery process, often requiring a restart just to regain signal. It’s beyond inconvenient and makes the entire experience frustrating.
Whoever decided to relocate the ATM clearly didn’t consider customer experience. A modern ATM should be placed somewhere accessible, not in a complete dead zone. Very...
