I'm really torn about how to rate this one.
First up, let me say I really like the idea of a bookshop/cafe, except when you want to look at the books, but there are people sitting right in front of the books trying to enjoy a meal without strangers trying to look just behind them. Totally awkward. Maybe that's just me.
I ordered the breakfast bowl and my wife had the big breakfast. Both of these were massive. If you go, be sure to bring your A game.
On the menu it says that the breakfast bowl is spicy. I wasn't disappointed. Lots of spice and tons of flavour. My wife enjoyed her breakfast for the most part. The only real down side to the meals was the eggs, which were poached and the yolks were solid.
The coffee was pretty poor. It was very weak, didn't really have a lot of flavour. When the mugs were brought to us, they were presented on saucers which weren't clean. They both had dried coffee stains, which made us question if the mugs are clean too. Both the mugs had a cakey, black substance on the bottom, which we discovered was ground coffee. How hard is it to wipe this off the bottom of the mugs?
Before we left, we had a quick look at the books (trying not to disturb anyone eating!), it was then that we saw one of the employees exiting the toilet after she had used it, without washing her hands. The wash basin, on this case, is in a little alcove off the upstairs hallway, and not in with the toilet. She then proceeded to touch the wall near the alcove and went down the stairs, holding the rail. How hard is it to stop and wash your hands? If she were my employee, she would have been out the door.
This is why I'm torn. The food was good, but of it comes with a side of fecal matter, I don't want it.
After witnessing this, I...

The food at Blue Mist Cafe was nothing short of delicious. Every bite was bursting with flavor, and it was evident that they put great care and attention into their dishes. The menu offered a variety of options to suit different tastes, and we left with our palates thoroughly satisfied.
What made our visit even more special was the vibrant atmosphere. The cafe was buzzing with locals, engaged in lively conversations about life and their day ahead. The host of the cafe was personally serving breakfast that morning, and his ability to connect with everyone created a sense of community that made us feel like we were in the middle of a heartwarming...
