Burgers are decent, fries are pretty good.. the service is subpar though, makes for a bad atmosphere. The lady that served me had an blasé attitude when she served me. My friends said that she offered them an upsize which she did not offer myself. My friend and I ordered the same burger I ordered with no pickles and he ordered with no onions. When she served them to our table not only was she not able to know which one it was without having to open the burger she was on her phone while servicing customers.... It doesn't matter if it is an emergency; isn't one of the cardinal rules of service is to give the customers your full attention ? If it was such a severe matter for her to be on the phone in the first place, she shouldn't have been...

It's a burger point with nothing really special. I think they've just done too much or tried too hard with the menu (if that's a thing), and so made it quite difficult to choose with all the burger options. The burgers are average at best.

I chose the chicken burger combo for 10 which includes chips and a drink. Mate had the Kentucky. Nothing really sticks out for me re the burger. No special sauce, no special ingredients that you wouldn't be able to buy, everything cooked well but just not a fancy burger place and the prices kinda reflect that.

Don't want to be too harsh but it's not a burger joint you are scouting for. More like a cheap diner...

I’m honestly still sick thinking about my experience here. I ordered a chicken burger and found a long black hair tucked inside the burger- right there with the other toppings. It was completely disgusting. I have blonde hair, so I know it wasn’t mine.

I was so grossed out I couldn’t finish my food, and the thought of it has been stuck in my head ever since. It gave me a lot of anxiety and completely ruined my meal.
