OZ Pizza & Kebabs Ermington — Restaurant in Sydney

Do yourself a favour and go anywhere but here, has changed so much. Staff from the last year have changed and their anger issues are so bad it’s scary. What’s worse, the only place to find prices were on the menu sitting on the counter near the register. I was ordering a 2 pied deal that said $28. The lady then asked me for $42. I said but it says $28, she starts losing her cool calls other staff an even more unhinged woman starts yelling at me telling me those menus are from 10 years ago and prices are subject to change, it was laughable at this stage. Seriously the menu is the only visible place with prices, how lazy can you be not to remove the menu or have them changed. I hope the health inspectors also pay the place a visit, because as I walked out I noticed some questionable things sitting in the window. Actually worked well, because I wouldn’t eat that food if you paid me! Good luck running a business that’s dishonest and not transparent. I just feel sorry for the people that owned this lovely place for many years! Would give minus 10...

as someone who has lived in the ermington area for 5+ years the place has gone from ok to bad i will only eat there if i am desperate i would usually get a custom pide or a pizza but the staff have become the biggest issue ranging from attitude (rudeness) pricing (different prices from different staff) quality of food with different staff working and hygrine issues msg to the owner Ermington has a lot of food choices plus food delivery options in the area honestly you need to get you store sorted yes everyone understands the inflation going on but its at the point now competition is your worst enemy and your not addressing the issues from what other customers are saying i would say at this point your running at a loss per day/week that if you don't rapidly fix your shops problem you wont be around in another 1-2 years because i am at the point where i can find better food along the row of shops than what you are selling with other shops putting effort in than what is...

Our once regular kebab shop seems to have had a management change. We ordered last night and everything we got was awful! Kebabs were soggy with very dry chicken, the chicken in the burger was chewy and the pide wasnt what it use to be, using completely different ingredients.

Upon delivery i noticed our chips and drink were missing so I called. A gentleman answered and apologised saying they were busy but they acknowledged he missed the drink and chips. He then proceeded to tell me I should make another online order for just a drink and he will upgrade the chips and give me the drink... Sorry? So I need to spend more money on buying something i dont need, on an order im missing items from because of your mistake? I told him why should I spend more money to get items i already paid for. He said he couldn't do anything about it and that was it.

Won't be back here again.....
